I offer complimentary health consultations. We can discuss wellness goals by phone or in-person and establish your intentions. If you would like to move forward with health counseling, we will work together to design a schedule that suits your needs .
The following is an example of a standard 6-Month Health Counseling Program:
- Two, one-hour sessions per month
- Invitations to lectures, social events and classes of interest.
- E-mail support between sessions.
- Books, CD’s, handouts and other materials
- Food samples and self-care products.
- Access to bi-monthly newsletters and interactive blog.
- Lending library of health and wellness books available.
- Optional cooking demo’s and health food store tour.

Sliding Scale
My services are available on a sliding scale to those truly dedicated to bettering their lives, but unable to pay full price. Eventually, I would like to offer group workshops for reduced fees. Please let me know if you would be interested in participating in evening/weekend workshops.
